The service was good.

My family was coming from another country and I couldn’t meet them because I was in a different city at that moment. I tried many meet and greet services but they had so many limitations that I couldn’t really find any service that fit my needs (kids in a cars, 10+ bags, luggage assistance etc.) until I came across universal airport assistance. All done via whatsapp; invoice, payment link and confirmation voucher by email. immediate reaction, full support along the way. I am very satisfied with the service, will definitely use them again
